Creating a service menu flip book
The problem: Many uBreakiFix customers thought we just fixed phones. To solve this, we brainstormed ideas for something physical that both customers and technicians could use to browse all our fixin’s. Thus, the Service Menu Flip Book was born.
The solution: To ensure engagement, I created attention-grabbing headlines on each page. Wherever the last customer left off, there’d be an engaging headline enticing you to flip through. Additionally, I listed what we fix (i.e. broken screen) instead of our repairs (screen repair) since what’s broken is top of mind for customers when they’re in our store.
The results: Techs appreciated the portability of the flip book, and the ability to switch out promotions on the last slide. They also reported that customers were engaging with the flip book.
