we fix more than just phones: Creating a service menu flip book

Many uBreakiFix customers thought Asurion only fixed phones. To raise awareness of our other repair services, we created an engaging service menu flipbook that both technicians and customers could use, and easily transport around the store.

Techs appreciated the portability of the flip book and the ability to switch out promotions on the last slide. Customers also engaged frequently with the flip book.
